How we build it

There are four projects in the bigger picture: your personal brand, The Designer's Trail brand, the website, and the course. This engagement covers the first three — the course is a longer, separate build we'll scope when the time is right. Think of it as a 90-day plan with room to breathe — 90 to 120 days — since the website depends on how deep your vision goes.

Month 1

Foundations

Launch both brands. Lock positioning, content pillars, tone and a capture system. Start the flywheel — and start learning your taste, process and story from the inside.

Month 2

Momentum

The flywheel is running; we tune the strategy off what's working. We also begin the website — brief, structure, wireframes.

Month 3

Compounding

The first real compounding shows up. The website goes live, and the attention you've built starts converting — early signups, a waitlist, a community ready to act.

What it costs

Sankesh Surana — personal brand ₹1,50,000 / mo 15–20+ pieces a month — and we'll push above the range when a moment calls for it. It's a guide, not a quota: some months mean fewer short videos and a couple of long-form pieces or a YouTube film instead. We move with the outcome, not a counter.
The Designer's Trail — social brand ₹1,00,000 / mo 10–12+ pieces a month that go deep. Depth over volume — fewer posts, each one carrying real weight, built to teach and to build community.
Both include the full strategy, the creative direction, and a redistribution engine — your content re-cut and re-optimised for LinkedIn, Facebook and beyond. All in.
The website and the course are billed separately. We'll scope each one properly and quote it before any work begins — no guesswork, no surprise numbers.

Content is only the vehicle — the way the work reaches the world. The real impact comes from how we position you, who we put it in front of, and how it's packaged.
