How we build it
There are four projects in the bigger picture: your personal brand, The Designer's Trail brand, the website, and the course. This engagement covers the first three — the course is a longer, separate build we'll scope when the time is right. Think of it as a 90-day plan with room to breathe — 90 to 120 days — since the website depends on how deep your vision goes.
Foundations
Launch both brands. Lock positioning, content pillars, tone and a capture system. Start the flywheel — and start learning your taste, process and story from the inside.
Momentum
The flywheel is running; we tune the strategy off what's working. We also begin the website — brief, structure, wireframes.
Compounding
The first real compounding shows up. The website goes live, and the attention you've built starts converting — early signups, a waitlist, a community ready to act.
What it costs

Content is only the vehicle — the way the work reaches the world. The real impact comes from how we position you, who we put it in front of, and how it's packaged. The Cofoundry
Founded by Akshay Gurnani, founder of Schbang — one of India's most prominent creative agencies. A consultancy and incubator for service businesses. We produced their flagship course and built their online presence to nurture inbound leads.
Ethos
A YouTube IP we're building for India's young men — a place to feel heard. In active talks with partners like Samsung and Royal Enfield.
Harbinger Football
A UK-based football agency with players at clubs like Nottingham Forest and Manchester City. We've just begun producing their media IPs.
